Will Howard Stern flee Sirius satellite radio?

Now comes word that Howard Stern may flee Sirius if the XM/Sirius merger does not go through in fears that he may be left with a relatively small audience. What's that mean? I thought Stern had a big audience as it was. I have not heard him since he left terrestial radio. Well, The US government will make that decision soon as I reported earlier this week. Mel doesn't think Stern will flee.......Mel Karmazin used to be our boss at station level 12 years ago at WXYV, CBS owned V103FM in Baltimore in my early broadcast school years. He fled to Sirius as well after all the CBS stress.
